Pre-Production
To minimize shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash. Any changes to the details like fitting, print colors, size, and position will be finalized in a pre-production sample before bulk production starts.
Bulk Production
After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork, and down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.
Quality Assurance

Packaging
In the clothing manufacturing world, we understand that the devil is in in the details. All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping to the final destination.
